About Me

I live in Central Minnesota with my wife Ashley, daughter Presley, and dog George. I love the outdoors, golfing, coffee, running, and traveling.

My photography origin story started in a computer lab at Sartell High School where I began taking photos for my high school yearbook. I instantly fell in love with the creativity and feeling I got from taking photos. From that point on I knew photography would be a big part of my life. (Spoiler alert, it was and still is!) I met my wife because of photography and my vows to her had a photography theme. (But that’s a story for another day.)

There is a quote by Stephen Nachmanovitch that reads: "Every moment of life is unique - a kiss, a sunset, a dance, a joke. None will ever recur in quite the same way. Each happens only once in the history of the universe.”

I love this quote and believe it is my life’s purpose to capture these unique moments for others.
